Bone china mug - pale blue with flags - the Queen Cartoonified

A super bone china mug with a drawing of a pale blue dressed Queen. This funky cartoon of Elizabeth the Second displays a delicate eggshell blue hat and dress coat. The hat has a wideband. Attached are a medley of black and grey feathers. She has light grey styled hair. There is no collar, but one button and four sewn dart shapes on the coat. On each side of the fabulous figure is a Red, white and blue flag - the Union Jack.
