120 - SAVKO

As I mentioned in blog post 27 - my Dad is a product designer. However, he started out as a graphic designer and as part of his work, he would order sample books from paper manufacturing companies. One of them must have gone out-of-date, because he let me and my siblings cut it up to make collages.

It is the Saville & Co book, which I still have. The smell, the colours, textures and patterns are magic to me.

Meanwhile, I still have some trimming, label glueing and magnets to apply before packing and embarking on delivery day tomorrow.

Dehumidifier running to give them a final dry out for an hour or so.

Macmillan Cancer Support

This year I challenged myself to write one blog post per day, for 365 days. The project began on 3 March 2025.

I have linked this challenge to a charity fundraiser, because I want to look outside as well as inwards and contribute to society. It also holds me accountable and adds motivation to write everyday.

Macmillan is an organistation that offers powerful help to anyone (in the UK) who has been affected by cancer.
