298 - Deco

I found this Art Deco necklace at a jumble sale in Northumberland some time in 1981 and the clutch bag a few years later in Oxfam on Hills Road in Cambridge. The wood veneer was thick with grease. I sanded it down and polished it up. Both of these are treasured posessions of my Mum now.
