54 - Snowballs

Today has been a shitty headachy day with vomiting and as I grabbed the steel bowl from the top of the fridge to be sick into, the edge side chopped my skull.

Body tension - it's like a headache in my body. Have had it checked out before - nothing serious. It's because I sat on a bad chair all day yesterday and felt stressed.

On the upside there was snow in the garden and I practised Qi Gong in the morning which is a restorative habit.

Plus this is my favourite YT channel for a while. Loving this.
