What to do when your brain needs recharging?
- Rest at home.
- Listen to the Meditation Podcast (this episode on Reconnecting In A Fragmenting World is one of my favourites.
- Practice 10 minutes of Qigong with Kseny.
- Retrieve frozen overripe bananas from the depths of the freezer.
- Make banana cake.
- Knead dough.
- Repot geraniums.
- Feed the roses.
- Sing along with Murphy Campbell (caterwaul along)
- Chat with your Dad about the excitements and fears around AI, and the longest ever tennis match in the French Open.
And little random chores but nothing too vexatious.
